  Donk Class - Continued
Instapundit provides a link to a far better summation on J F'n Kerry's total lack of grace or even the slightest urge to root for the team.
Short Final, Cleared to Land: Gallery of Political Wet Blankets #1: "I have to set the context - this is in relation to the Iraq election, not ours. I feel the need to clarify that since this same quote from Kerry has been used in both regards.

But Sen. John Kerry(D-Mass.), sounded a note of caution in an interview on NBC's 'Meet The Press.'

'It is hard to say that something is legitimate when whole portions of the country can't vote and doesn't vote,' Kerry said.

Allow me to paraphrase:

'If I was President, I would have liberated Iraq, unless I didn't. My direction at any given moment would have depended on the daily polls at the time. I just couldn't decide which way to campaign and tried mightily to have it both ways. But since I had to pander to my party's far left fringe, I just rained on the successes and pontificated over the difficulties.'

'Even with the far left Deaniacs, the Anybody But Bush crowd, and a complicit media behind me I unbelievably lost to that moron. But it was close enough that I think I can win it in 2008 as long as I continue my campaign of being the chronically gainsaying anti-Republican voice of doom and gloom. I made no contribution to the success in Iraq, so I have no choice but to belittle it.'
